The
painted chassis/tanks are fitted rigidly with power components
(Transformers/Variacs) by suitable bolts to avoid transit damages.
The units are wired using best quality copper cables. The bus
bars are also used whatever the current densities are high.
After wiring, the unit is subjected to wiring inspection and
then only, the control cards are fixed for testing. The equipments
are subjected to soak test for a minimum period of 8 hours at
no load & 2 hours at full load.
The equipment is then subjected to final
inspection and documented by quality control engineer. A record
of components used, all test result are documented for future
reference.
Servo stabilizer Transformer are available from 1kva-200kva in
different models with 1000 KVA as installed capacity and 1250
KVA under production. Other Power line equipments are as per the
requirements of the customers.
